Ukrainian “organic” legislation is based on the EU regulations regarding organic production and labeling of organic products and includes:

  3. Procedure for Certification of Organic Production and/or Circulation of Organic Products
  4. Procedure for confirming special knowledge of an inspector for organic production and/or circulation of organic products in the field of organic production
  5. Order on Approval of the State Logo for Organic Products
  6. CRITERIA for assessing the degree of risk from the certification body’s economic activity in the field of organic production, circulation and labeling of organic products and determining the frequency of scheduled state supervision (oversight) measures by the State Service on Food Safety and Consumer Protection
  7. Procedure for determining the frequency of scheduled state control measures of compliance of the activities of operators (facilities) with the legal requirements in the field of organic production, circulation and labeling of organic products carried out by the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and the criteria for assessing the risk associated with such activities
